- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)

- Chopped green onions

Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Sauté the Vegetables: Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix cornstarch with water, then stir into the sauce.
- Combine Everything: Pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring to coat everything. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Serve & Garnish: Spoon over steamed rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
