Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

½ tsp crushed red pepper

1 Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apple, diced

2 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded

⅓ cup pecans, toasted and chopped

1 Tbsp honey

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper
Instructions

Thinly slice Brussels sprouts using a mandoline, knife, or food processor. Add to a large bowl.

Toss sprouts with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper.

Add diced apple, Parmesan, toasted pecans, honey, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
