Ingredients

2 tablespoons (14 g) confectioner’s sugar

1 cup (320 g) lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon (6 g) lemon zest (about 1 large lemon)
 
Instructions

Chill mixing bowl and beaters for 10–15 minutes.

In the bowl, whip heavy cream, sugar, and salt until medium peaks form (about 2–3 minutes).

Gently fold in lemon curd and lemon zest until fully combined.

Divide into 8 dessert glasses (½ cup per serving).
 - 
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Garnish with whipped cream, lemon zest, or crumbled wafers as desired.
