Keto zucchini sliders are a low-carb twist on traditional sliders, swapping bread buns for crispy zucchini slices. With 0g net carbs, these bite-sized treats are ideal for keto or low-carb diets. Perfect as a quick dinner or party appetizer, they’re packed with flavor and ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini (sliced into ½-inch rounds, about 12 slices)
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese (quartered)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Slice zucchini into ½-inch rounds and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 15 minutes, then pat dry.
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Divide into 6 equal portions and shape into small patties.
  • Heat ½ tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet. Cook patties for 2 minutes per side, then top with cheddar cheese and let it melt. Remove from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, heat the remaining coconut oil and sear zucchini slices for 2 minutes per side until slightly crispy.
  • Assemble sliders: place one zucchini slice as the base, add a patty with melted cheese, and top with another zucchini slice.
