Description

These easy Hawaiian Roll Sliders are perfect for any occasion. Made with soft, sweet rolls, savory turkey, melted cheese, and a buttery glaze, they’re ready in just 20 minutes. Perfect for parties, movie nights, or quick dinners, these sliders are sure to become a family favorite!


Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce substitute (soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
  • 12 slices deli turkey or chicken breast

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Keep rolls attached and cut them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer turkey slices evenly on the bottom half of the rolls. Add cheese slices, then place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce substitute, and onion powder. Brush the mixture over the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool for 2–3 minutes, cut apart, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Prep these sliders up to 24 hours ahead and bake just before serving.
  • Swap turkey for chicken, or add fresh veggies for a twist.
