These easy Hawaiian Roll Sliders are perfect for any occasion. Made with soft, sweet rolls, savory turkey, melted cheese, and a buttery glaze, they’re ready in just 20 minutes. Perfect for parties, movie nights, or quick dinners, these sliders are sure to become a family favorite!

- 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce substitute (soy sauce)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 6 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
- 12 slices deli turkey or chicken breast
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Keep rolls attached and cut them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer turkey slices evenly on the bottom half of the rolls. Add cheese slices, then place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce substitute, and onion powder. Brush the mixture over the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 2–3 minutes, cut apart, and serve warm.
Notes
- Prep these sliders up to 24 hours ahead and bake just before serving.
- Swap turkey for chicken, or add fresh veggies for a twist.
