Follow these simple steps to create your own Chocolate Strawberry Kabobs:

1. Prepare Strawberries: Rinse the strawberries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Ensure they are completely dry for the chocolate to adhere properly.
2. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
3. Skewer the Strawberries: Take a skewer and gently insert it through the green stem of each strawberry. Leave some space at the bottom for easy handling. You can also alternate with other fruits if desired.
