Ingredients
- Ground Beef: 1 pound
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup
- Cream Cheese: ½ cup, softened
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
- Refrigerated Biscuit Dough: 1 can (16 ounces)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese: ¼ cup
- Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted
- Fresh Parsley: chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Let cool.
- Flatten biscuit dough into circles; add a spoonful of filling to each. Seal edges to form balls.
- Brush with garlic Parmesan topping made from melted butter and grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve.
