Ingredients
– 2 cups rolled oats
– ½ cup almond butter
– 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
– ½ cup blueberries
Optional: dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix oats, almond butter, and bananas in a bowl.
3. Fold in blueberries and optional mix-ins.
4. Spread mixture evenly in the pan.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
6. Cool, slice, and serve.

– Use certified gluten-free oats for a gluten-free option.
– For nut-free, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
– Frozen blueberries should be thawed and drained to avoid extra moisture.
