Ingredients

½ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Juice of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lemon

Juice of 2 oranges

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or Herbs de Provence

1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ¼ tsp dried)

1 teaspoon fresh oregano (or ¼ tsp dried)

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions

Whisk together all marinade ingredients. Reserve ¼ cup for basting.

Place chicken in a bowl or bag, pour marinade over, and refrigerate for 1 to 12 hours.

Preheat grill to medium heat and oil the grates.

Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade.

Cook until internal temp is 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes.
