Description

These Valentine’s Day Oreo Brownies are an easy and festive dessert, perfect for celebrating love! Made with a boxed brownie mix, crunchy Oreos, and colorful Valentine’s sprinkles, they are rich, chewy, and incredibly indulgent. Whether served warm with ice cream or enjoyed on their own, they’re the perfect sweet treat for your loved ones.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of brownie mix (Ghirardelli dark chocolate recommended)
  • Water (as per brownie mix instructions)
  • Vegetable oil (as per brownie mix instructions)
  • 1 large egg (or the amount needed per mix)
  • 16 Oreo cookies (preferably with red icing, but regular works too)
  • 4 tablespoons of Valentine’s sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare brownie batter by mixing the brownie mix, water, oil, and egg in a bowl until well combined.
  • Chop 12 Oreos into quarters and stir them into the batter along with 2 tablespoons of sprinkles.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Chop the remaining 4 Oreos and sprinkle them on top, pressing them slightly into the batter. Add the remaining sprinkles.
  • Bake:
    • Glass pan: 45-50 minutes
    • Metal pan: 40-45 minutes
    • Check doneness by inserting a toothpick—it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely before slicing for clean edges or serve warm with ice cream.

Notes

  • Substitute regular Oreos if red-filling ones are unavailable.
  • Add chocolate chips for extra richness.
  • Store at room temperature for 3 days, in the fridge for a week, or freeze for 3 months.
