  • 2 packs of large strawberries (about 20-24)
  • 2 bars (3.5 oz each) of dark chocolate
  • 2 bars (3.5 oz each) of white chocolate
  • ½ tbsp olive oil for each chocolate
  • ½ cup Valentine’s sprinkles

Instructions

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately using a double boiler or microwave in intervals, stirring frequently.
  • Add olive oil to each bowl of melted chocolate for smooth dipping.
  • Dip strawberries into the chocolate, tap off excess, and place them on parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with Valentine’s decorations or drizzle with leftover chocolate.
  • Let the chocolate set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
