Description

This Tzatziki Chicken Salad is a refreshing, protein-packed meal made with shredded rotisserie chicken, creamy Greek yogurt, fresh cucumber, garlic, and dill. It’s perfect for meal prep, low-carb diets, and quick lunches. Serve it in a pita, over a salad, or as a dip for a light and satisfying meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber, grated & drained
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded (or 3 cups cooked chicken breast)
  • ½ red onion, diced

Instructions

  • Grate and squeeze excess water from the cucumber.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki.
  • Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine chicken, tzatziki sauce, and red onion in a bowl. Stir until well coated.
  • Serve in a pita, on lettuce, or as a dip with crackers.

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.
