- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

- 1 cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded (or 3 cups cooked chicken breast)
- ½ red onion, diced
Instructions
- Grate and squeeze excess water from the cucumber.
- Mix Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki.
- Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine chicken, tzatziki sauce, and red onion in a bowl. Stir until well coated.
- Serve in a pita, on lettuce, or as a dip with crackers.
