Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread: 4 slices
- Honey Mustard: 2 tablespoons
- White Cheddar Cheese: 2 slices, halved
- Deli Turkey: 4 slices
- Tomato: 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Fresh Baby Spinach: ½ cup
- Cooked Bacon: 4 strips
- Butter: 2 tablespoons, softened
Instructions
- Lay out 4 slices of sourdough bread. Spread ½ tablespoon of honey mustard on one side of each slice.
- Place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each bread slice. On two slices, layer turkey, tomato, spinach, and bacon. Top with remaining bread slices, cheese side down.
- Spread ½ tablespoon of softened butter on the outside of each bread slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.
