Description

A quick and easy no-bake fruit salad made with mandarin oranges, pineapple, cherries, marshmallows, coconut, sour cream, and whipped topping. Perfect for picnics, holidays, and family gatherings!

  • 10 oz canned mandarin oranges (about 1 cup), drained

  • 10 oz canned pineapple chunks or tidbits (about 1 cup), drained

  • 10 oz maraschino cherries (about 1 cup), drained

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • ¾ cup sweetened shredded coconut

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup Cool Whip whipped topping (thawed)


Instructions

  • Drain all canned fruits thoroughly.

  • In a large bowl, combine the fruit, marshmallows, coconut, and sour cream.

  • Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.

  • Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

  • Stir gently before serving. Serve cold.
