Description

A cool, creamy, and nostalgic no-bake dessert made with tropical fruits, mini marshmallows, coconut, and a light whipped topping. Perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or as a make-ahead dessert the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 15 oz. canned mandarin oranges, drained

  • 20 oz. canned pineapple tidbits, drained

  • 12 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and de-stemmed

  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

  • Chopped pecans (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  • Drain the oranges, pineapple, and cherries thoroughly.

  • In a large bowl, gently mix the drained fruit.

  • Add Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, and mini marshmallows. Stir to combine.

  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip to keep the salad fluffy.

  • Refrigerate for 1–4 hours.

  • Stir before serving. Top with chopped pecans if using.

Notes

  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Add chopped nuts just before serving to maintain crunch.

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and dairy-free whipped topping.
