1. Prep Chicken: Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips. Season them with salt and pepper.

2. Cook Chicken: Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for about 7-10 minutes until they are no longer pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
