Ingredients

Peanut Dressing Ingredients:

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp honey

½ tsp toasted sesame oil

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth. Adjust with water, lime juice, or honey to taste.

In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, chicken, scallions, red bell pepper, herbs, and peanuts.
