These Thai-inspired beef tortilla rolls are a delicious fusion of bold Asian flavors and soft flour tortillas. Ingredients

1–1.5 lbs ground beef (or chicken/turkey)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh grated ginger

1 tsp Chinese five spice

2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

2 tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce (or homemade)

2–3 green onions, chopped

6–8 flour tortillas

2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced

½ cup cilantro

½ cup Thai basil (or regular basil)

⅓ cup roasted peanuts, chopped

Chili paste (optional, for dipping)

Toasted sesame oil (for drizzling or dipping)
Instructions

Cook beef in skillet with pepper until browned.

Add garlic, ginger, and five spice; cook 1 min.

Stir in tamari and Thai chili sauce; simmer 3–5 mins.

Stir in green onions and remove from heat.

Warm tortillas in microwave or skillet.

Assemble: Add beef, cucumber, herbs, peanuts to tortillas.
