  • 1 lb ground beef (85/15 preferred)

  • 1 tsp avocado oil (or olive oil)

  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

  • 8 oz romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1⅓ cups grape tomatoes, halved

  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 medium avocado, cubed

  • ½ cup green onions, chopped

  • ⅓ cup salsa

  • ⅓ cup sour cream


Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add ground beef and cook for 7–10 minutes, breaking it up as it browns.

  • Stir in taco seasoning. Add ¼ cup water if desired. Simmer until thickened.

  • In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, green onions, salsa, and sour cream.

  • Add warm taco meat and toss gently. Serve immediately.
