Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (85/15 preferred)

1 tsp avocado oil (or olive oil)

2 tbsp taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

8 oz romaine lettuce, chopped

1⅓ cups grape tomatoes, halved

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 medium avocado, cubed

½ cup green onions, chopped

⅓ cup salsa

⅓ cup sour cream
Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground beef and cook for 7–10 minutes, breaking it up as it browns.

Stir in taco seasoning. Add ¼ cup water if desired. Simmer until thickened.

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, green onions, salsa, and sour cream.

Add warm taco meat and toss gently. Serve immediately.
