Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)

1 tube Pillsbury pizza dough

5 cheese sticks (Colby Jack + Cheddar), halved

4 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.

Cook ground beef in skillet until browned. Drain fat and add taco seasoning. Let cool.

Roll out pizza dough and cut into 10 rectangles.

Place 1 tbsp taco meat and half a cheese stick on each rectangle.

Roll tightly and pinch edges to seal.

Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush onto rolls.
