Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)

  • 1 tube Pillsbury pizza dough

  • 5 cheese sticks (Colby Jack + Cheddar), halved

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.

  • Cook ground beef in skillet until browned. Drain fat and add taco seasoning. Let cool.

  • Roll out pizza dough and cut into 10 rectangles.

  • Place 1 tbsp taco meat and half a cheese stick on each rectangle.

  • Roll tightly and pinch edges to seal.

  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush onto rolls.

  • Bake 10–12 minutes until golden. Serve warm with dips like salsa or sour cream.
