Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice sweet potatoes into thin, even rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
- Toss slices with olive oil until fully coated. Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the slices.
