  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice sweet potatoes into thin, even rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
  • Toss slices with olive oil until fully coated. Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the slices.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
