Classic Stuffed Turkey Breast
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onions and celery until soft.
3. In a bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, cranberries, herbs, salt, and pepper.
4. Add chicken broth gradually until the mixture is moist but not soggy.
5. Place the turkey breast skin side down and spread the stuffing evenly across the meat.
6. Roll the turkey breast tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
7. Place in a roasting pan and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
8. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
Savory Stuffed Pork Loin
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Slice the pork loin down the center without cutting all the way through to create a pocket.
4. Fill the pocket with the cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks.
5. Rub the outside with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
6. Place in a baking dish and roast for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
