    • ⅓ cup sliced almonds, pecans, or walnuts, toasted
    • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion (optional)
  • For the Dressing:

    • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
    • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients: Wash and dry the spinach, slice the strawberries, crumble the feta, and toast the nuts.
  • Make the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
