- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
For the Strawberry Layer:
- 1 (6 oz) box strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the Crust: Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Prepare the Creamy Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Make the Strawberry Layer: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool slightly, then add sliced strawberries.
- Assemble & Chill: Pour strawberry mixture over the cream layer. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until fully set.
- Serve: Slice and enjoy chilled.
