Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix (13.25 or 15.25 oz), heat-treated

  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

  • 1 tsp clear vanilla extract

  • Almond bark or melting wafers (for coating)

  • Optional toppings: white chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, graham crumbs, chopped nuts


Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add salt and vanilla; mix until combined.

  • Mix in dry cake mix to form a thick dough.

  • Chill for 2 hours or overnight.

  • Melt almond bark or wafers.

  • Roll dough into 1 tbsp-sized balls.

  • Dip into melted coating; place on parchment.

  • Decorate with toppings before coating sets.

  • Let set and store in an airtight container.
