- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley & Parmesan (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add diced onion and sauté until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then pour in tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Add uncooked pasta, mix well, cover, and let simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is tender, stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
