  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley & Parmesan (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add diced onion and sauté until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, then pour in tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  • Add uncooked pasta, mix well, cover, and let simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once pasta is tender, stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with parsley and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
