- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
