Description
This quick and easy shrimp stir-fry combines tender shrimp, crisp vegetables, and bold flavors of garlic, ginger, and tamari. Ready in 25 minutes, it’s the perfect healthy weeknight dinner packed with protein and nutrients.
Ingredients

8 oz (250g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

1½ cups broccoli florets, chopped

½ red bell pepper, sliced (or chili pepper)

1 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

2 scallions, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp tamari sauce (or low-sodium soy sauce)

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions

Prep all ingredients before cooking.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.

Stir-fry broccoli and green beans for 1–2 minutes.

Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes more.

Add shrimp and tamari sauce. Cook 2–3 minutes until shrimp begins to turn pink.

Stir in garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and scallions. Cook 2–3 more minutes.

Remove from heat, garnish with scallion greens, and serve immediately.
Notes

Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.

Use tofu instead of shrimp for a vegetarian version.
