Ingredients

  • 8 oz (250g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1½ cups broccoli florets, chopped

  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced (or chili pepper)

  • 1 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 2 scallions, chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp tamari sauce (or low-sodium soy sauce)

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes


Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients before cooking.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.

  • Stir-fry broccoli and green beans for 1–2 minutes.

  • Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes more.

  • Add shrimp and tamari sauce. Cook 2–3 minutes until shrimp begins to turn pink.

  • Stir in garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and scallions. Cook 2–3 more minutes.

  • Remove from heat, garnish with scallion greens, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.

  • Use tofu instead of shrimp for a vegetarian version.

  • Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or noodles.
