    • 12 oz dark chocolate wafers
    • 1½ tsp chipotle chili powder
    • 12 oz pink chocolate wafers
    • 6 oz white chocolate wafers
    • ½ cup chopped almonds
    • Flaked sea salt for garnish
  • Optional Adjustments:
    • Substitute pink chocolate with white chocolate and red food coloring.
    • Use pistachios or pecans instead of almonds.

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Stir in chipotle chili powder. Pour into the pan and chill for 20 minutes.
  • Melt pink and white chocolate separately.
  • Spread pink chocolate over the dark chocolate layer. Drizzle white chocolate on top and swirl with a knife.
  • Sprinkle chopped almonds, flaked sea salt, and extra chili powder (optional).
  • Chill for 20 minutes, then break or cut into pieces.
