Description

This creamy smoked turkey cheese spread is a quick, easy, and flavorful appetizer made with halal smoked turkey, cream cheese, and fresh herbs. Perfect for parties, lunch boxes, or a savory snack at home.

  • 8 oz halal smoked turkey, finely chopped

  • 4 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened

  • 2 scallions, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon or halal-certified Creole mustard

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)


Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, scallions, parsley, mustard, cayenne (if using), and black pepper until smooth.

  • Fold in the finely chopped smoked turkey until evenly combined.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
