For the Cookie Dough Layer:

- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup chocolate chips
For the Oreo Layer:
- 28 Oreo cookies
For the Brownie Layer:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cubed
- 6 ounces dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Make Cookie Dough: Beat butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until creamy. Mix in flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Spread evenly in the pan.
- Add Oreo Layer: Arrange Oreos in a single layer over the cookie dough.
- Prepare Brownie Batter: Melt butter and chocolate, then whisk in sugar and eggs. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt. Pour over the Oreos.
- Bake: Bake for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool for at least 4 hours before slicing for the best texture.
