For the Oreo Layer:

  • 28 Oreo cookies

For the Brownie Layer:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 6 ounces dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Make Cookie Dough: Beat butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until creamy. Mix in flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Spread evenly in the pan.
  • Add Oreo Layer: Arrange Oreos in a single layer over the cookie dough.
  • Prepare Brownie Batter: Melt butter and chocolate, then whisk in sugar and eggs. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt. Pour over the Oreos.
  • Bake: Bake for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool & Serve: Let cool for at least 4 hours before slicing for the best texture.
