Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

2 packets chicken gravy mix (about 1 oz each)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)

1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

1 tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)

1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Crockpot: Spray the crockpot with non-stick spray or lightly oil it. Place chicken breasts in the bottom.

Make Gravy Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.

Cook the Chicken: Pour gravy mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

Shred & Serve: Shred chicken directly in the crockpot or serve whole. Stir well to combine with the gravy.
