- 1 large bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Jalapeño slices (optional)
- ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet, layer tortilla chips, shredded cheese, black beans, tomatoes, red onions, and jalapeños. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and add avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
