Description

A quick and easy 3-ingredient dip made with sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel. Perfect for parties, game days, or casual gatherings. Creamy, savory, and ready in minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sausage (ground breakfast sausage or your favorite variety)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cubed for easier melting)
  • 1 (10 oz) can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained)

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the sausage until fully cooked (about 10 minutes), breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add the cream cheese cubes to the skillet. Pour in the undrained Rotel.
  • Stir continuously over medium heat until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth (5–7 minutes).
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

  • For added spice, use hot sausage or spicy Rotel.
  • To make it even easier, use a slow cooker to melt the ingredients together and keep the dip warm.
