- 1 lb sausage (ground breakfast sausage or your favorite variety)
- 8 oz cream cheese (cubed for easier melting)
- 1 (10 oz) can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the sausage until fully cooked (about 10 minutes), breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the cream cheese cubes to the skillet. Pour in the undrained Rotel.
- Stir continuously over medium heat until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth (5–7 minutes).
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- For added spice, use hot sausage or spicy Rotel.
- To make it even easier, use a slow cooker to melt the ingredients together and keep the dip warm.
