- 12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 8 oz mini pretzels
- 11 oz soft caramels (unwrapped)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Spread ⅔ of the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper.
- Press the pretzels into the melted chocolate in an even layer.
- Melt the caramels with heavy cream in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the pretzels.
- Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Chill for 30 minutes or until fully set. Break into pieces and enjoy!
