This Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark is a sweet and salty treat made with rich chocolate, crunchy pretzels, buttery caramel, and flaky sea salt. It’s a quick, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for gifting, holiday treats, or a simple snack. Ready in just 15 minutes with minimal ingredients!


Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 8 oz mini pretzels
  • 11 oz soft caramels (unwrapped)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Spread ⅔ of the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper.
  • Press the pretzels into the melted chocolate in an even layer.
  • Melt the caramels with heavy cream in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the pretzels.
  • Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  • Chill for 30 minutes or until fully set. Break into pieces and enjoy!
