- 1 lb ground turkey or pork sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain Rotel to remove excess liquid.
- Mix ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use hot Rotel for extra spice.
- To freeze, place uncooked sausage balls on a tray, freeze, then transfer to a bag.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
