- 2 large eggs + 1 yolk

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon red gel food coloring
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup butter (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 335°F (170°C). Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter, then whisk with sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs, yolk, vanilla, and oil. Stir until combined.
- Mix in cocoa powder and red food coloring.
- Fold in flour, salt, cornstarch, and vinegar. Stir until smooth. Add white chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until fluffy.
- Spread frosting on cooled brownies. Slice into squares and serve.
