These rich and creamy raspberry truffles are a decadent no-bake dessert made with white chocolate, freeze-dried raspberries, and dark chocolate. Perfect for gifting, special occasions, or indulging in a bite-sized chocolate treat.

- 11 oz white chocolate chips
- 8 oz dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp freeze-dried raspberry powder
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate and heavy cream in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Stir in freeze-dried raspberry powder and mix well. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
- Roll the chilled mixture into small truffle balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt dark chocolate in 15-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coating.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set the chocolate. Optionally, drizzle extra melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with raspberry powder.

- For a dairy-free option, use coconut cream and vegan chocolate.
- Roll truffles in cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut for added texture.
