Instructions

  • Divide the Dough: Split cookie dough into 4-6 equal portions and color each with a different gel food coloring.
  • Chill the Dough: Flatten each colored dough portion, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Preheat the Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Shape the Cookies: Roll each colored dough into strips, arrange them into a rainbow shape, and place them on the baking sheet.
