- Chill the Dough: Flatten each colored dough portion, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shape the Cookies: Roll each colored dough into strips, arrange them into a rainbow shape, and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 6-8 minutes or until lightly golden on the edges.
- Decorate: Brush the ends with corn syrup and press mini marshmallow bits onto the ends to create fluffy clouds.
