Follow these easy steps to create your Pumpkin & Spice Energy Bites:

1. Combine Pumpkin and Peanut Butter: In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and almond butter until smooth and well combined.
2. Add Sweeteners and Vanilla: Stir in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract to the pumpkin mixture.
3. Mix in Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
