Instructions

  • Prep Scallops: Pat scallops completely dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat Pan: Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear Scallops: Place scallops in the pan without moving them for 1 ½ – 2 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Make Butter Sauce: Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Serve: Drizzle scallops with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
