- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet, stir-fry bell peppers and onion for 3-4 minutes, then remove.
- Sear beef in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Pour into the skillet.
- Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Stir in vegetables and mix well.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
