  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
  • 8 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 oz Velveeta (optional)
  • Optional: black beans, corn, jalapeños

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, drain excess grease.
  • Add butter, garlic, taco seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Stir well.
  • Pour in broth, milk, and Rotel tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add pasta, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in cheeses until melted and creamy.
