Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

  • ½-inch thick lime slice, halved

  • 45 fresh mint leaves

  • ⅔ cup chilled sparkling apple cider (sugar-free if desired)

  • ½ cup crushed ice


Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, add raspberries, lime pieces, and mint leaves.

  2. Gently muddle with the back of a spoon or muddler to release juices and mint oils.

  3. Add crushed ice.

  4. Pour in chilled sparkling apple cider.

  5. Stir gently to combine.

  6. Garnish with whole raspberries, mint sprigs, and a lime wedge.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
