Ingredients

16 vanilla wafer cookies (or more as needed)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 can prepared fruit pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.)
Instructions

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until combined.

Whip heavy cream with cornstarch until stiff peaks form.
