- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chopped or chocolate chips)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) and grease four ramekins with butter and cocoa powder.
- Melt butter and chocolate together in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, sugar, and salt until fluffy.
- Gently fold in the melted chocolate, then add flour, mixing until just combined.
- Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Let sit for 1-2 minutes before unmolding. Serve warm with ice cream or berries.
