  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chopped or chocolate chips)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) and grease four ramekins with butter and cocoa powder.
  • Melt butter and chocolate together in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, sugar, and salt until fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the melted chocolate, then add flour, mixing until just combined.
  • Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  • Let sit for 1-2 minutes before unmolding. Serve warm with ice cream or berries.
