This Mississippi Sin Quiche is a rich and creamy dish featuring diced ham, sharp cheddar, and a tangy custard, all baked in a buttery pie crust.

- 1 deep-dish pie crust (pre-made or homemade)
- 1 cup diced ham
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the diced ham in a skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes to remove moisture. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix well. Add the sautéed ham, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, heavy cream, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the ham and cheese mixture evenly in the pie crust. Pour the custard mixture over the filling.
- Place the pie crust on a baking sheet and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until set and golden. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
