Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
    • Press 2 tablespoons into each serving glass. Chill while preparing the filling.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    • Add vanilla and mix.
    • Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Assemble the Cheesecakes:
    • Pipe or spoon filling over the crusts, filling two-thirds of each glass.
    • Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Prepare the Apple Topping:

    • Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Cool.
