Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press 2 tablespoons into each serving glass. Chill while preparing the filling.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla and mix.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the Cheesecakes:
- Pipe or spoon filling over the crusts, filling two-thirds of each glass.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Prepare the Apple Topping:
