- ½ cup cooked turkey bacon or breakfast sausage, crumbled
- Optional toppings: green onions, red pepper flakes, diced avocado
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly butter and toast English muffin halves for 5 minutes.
- Scramble the eggs by whisking them with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until just set.
- Assemble the pizzas by topping each toasted muffin with scrambled eggs, cheese, and crumbled turkey bacon or sausage.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions, avocado, or red pepper flakes.
Notes
