  • 1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon or breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • Optional toppings: green onions, red pepper flakes, diced avocado

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly butter and toast English muffin halves for 5 minutes.
  • Scramble the eggs by whisking them with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until just set.
