- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup fresh spinach (optional)
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
- Lemon slices for serving
Instructions
- Season the Salmon – Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the Salmon – Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce – In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1-2 minutes. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth.
- Add Lemon Juice and Spinach – Stir in lemon juice and spinach, letting it wilt.
- Combine Everything – Return salmon to the pan, spooning the sauce over it. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve & Enjoy – Garnish with fresh basil, parsley, and lemon slices. Serve with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
